How it works
The Strivis workout screen: three logged sets of Barbell Bench Press and a running rest timer

Three steps to your first set.

  1. Step 1: Tell it about you

Your goal, your level, your equipment, how many days a week you can train and the muscle groups you want to focus on.

Onboarding question 6 of 10, Focus muscle groups?, with the chest selected on a front-view body figure
  2. Step 2: Get your plan

Strivis recommends a program that fits your answers. Or let the AI build one, or put one together yourself. Every day of it stays editable.

The Golden Era Split plan: a five-day split for advanced lifters, 5 days per week, 65 minutes per workout, 8 weeks with a deload in week 8, and a Pick this plan button
  3. Step 3: Train and log

Weight, reps and effort, set by set. The rest timer runs on its own, and a new personal record shows up the moment you hit it.

    An active workout on Barbell Bench Press, exercise 1 of 8: two warm-up sets of 80 kg x 8 and 100 kg x 5, working sets of 125 kg x 7 and 125 kg x 6 at RIR 2, and a 2:24 rest timer

Everything in one app.

Training, logging, nutrition and progress, built from your own data.
